Where is your shop located?

We are located in the Republic of Ireland, but ship worldwide. However, as we do not have a physical shop you can visit, you can shop with us via our website. We are also reachable via the contact form on our website, email, social media and WhatsApp chat. Do not hesitate to contact us!

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store for our customers to visit yet. But, we do have an address we can provide to you for returns, repairs and refunds.

What are your opening hours?

We are at your service daily between the following opening hours:
Monday - Saturday: 9:00am to 6:00pm (GMT)
Sunday: 10:00noon to 6:00pm (GMT)

Do your jewellery pieces contain nickel?

None of our jewellery contain nickel. Our pieces are made with premium quality Czech beads, nylon threading and gold dipped bronze fittings.

Orders And Packaging

Can I collect my order?

We do not offer a click and collect service yet.

Do you do gift wrapping?

If you need your item(s) gift wrapped, that is certainly possible :). Kindly indicate when placing your order - by typing a special instruction in the comment box in your cart. This also applies if you wish we add a personalized handwritten card to your gift. It will be done with pleasure!

How can I pay for my order?

On our website, we accept all major credit, debit cards, as well as PayPal. For certain countries we also offer localized form of payment, like iDEAL, Bancontact, and so on. We recommend paying via these methods, as they are the safest. If you wish, you can also contact us via e-mail, social media or WhatsApp to place your order. Once payment is received, we can start processing your order.

What are your processing times?

The processing time for all displayed items is one business day. This is how long it takes to package the product (processing time) before it is dispatched.

Can I have my order packaged discreetly?

All our outer packaging arrives unbranded. Our store name and return address is only visible on the shipping label. You could also have it shipped to an alternative address in order not to ruin the surprise planned, if the case be.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Email us or send a message on WhatsApp immediately after ordering, we will do our best to modify your order before it is shipped. Depending on the item(s) chosen, if your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change it. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, indicating urgency, so we do our best to assist.

Gift Cards

How do I buy a gift card?

You can easily do so on our website by choosing your denomination and following the steps to make payment, or by contacting us and manually paying. Thereafter, we will issue the gift card of your choice. Why not give the gift of choice? And let that special one pick their item(s) themselves.

How do I use my gift card to pay for my order?

To use your gift card, kindly enter your unique gift card code at the checkout.

Shipping And Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

We offer worldwide shipping. Once we receive your paid purchase, we process and dispatch your order in one business day. All orders are shipped using An Post (Ireland) standard shipping service. You will be informed once your parcel is on its way.

What are your estimated delivery times?

We use An Post standard shipping service from Ireland to your doorstep. Once dispatched, the following delivery times apply:

Ireland: 2-3 business days
Europe: 4-7 business days
United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
Rest of the World: 7-15 business days

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If we have not shipped your parcel yet, please chat us on WhatsApp instantly or send an email indicting urgent address change in the subject, and we will do our best to modify your delivery address. If your order has been dispatched or shipped, we may not be able to update this, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

An item is missing from my order's delivery, what do I do?

We package and ship all orders ourselves, therefore we make sure to verify everything before dispatching. However, in the event of a missing item or any issues with your order, kindly contact us via one of the available means explaining what the issue is with your order info and full name - so we can look into it.

Will I have to pay additional tax and duties on my order's delivery?

We are happy to inform you that, if your order is shipped within the EU, you will not pay any tax or duties on it. If your address is out of the EU (UK, USA, etcetera.), tax and duties are subject to your destination. They are not imposed by the brand, nor are we liable for it, but by the destination itself.

Returns, Exchanges And Refunds

What is your returns' policy?

We offer a 30 days returns’ policy from the date you received your order to exchange or send it back, provided you have proof of your purchase. This is applicable to all standard pieces on our website. However, if we make a custom product as per your wishes, we are only able to take back defect or damaged items, due to shipping or fabrication faults.

I returned my item(s), have you received it?

We process all returns within 14 days of it being received by us. As soon as we open your parcel, you will be emailed for a confirmation. It is also advisable to return item(s) via tracked post to ensure it arrives safely to us and so you can follow it up with the tracking details.

I bought a gift card, can I cancel or return it?

We cannot offer returns on gift cards.

I received your store's item as a gift, can I exchange it?

If you received an item purchased from us as a gift, we are certainly happy to exchange it for you, provided we have the item you would like - at the same price, during that time and you can give us the full name of the person who gifted it to you, so we check if it is within our 30 days exchange policy. Concerning refunds, we cannot provide such for orders without proof of purchase.

Custom Items And Repairs

Do you offer a repair service for your products?

Each of our products are handcrafted with premium materials. We also offer a guarantee on our handcraft, so in case you experience any issues, we offer a repair service, if it is possible. If it is an issue of fabrication, repair will be carried out free of charge. If damaged, we can offer repair for a surcharge. Repairs are done by hand so we ask for your patience as we strive to fix items within a few weeks of reception at our address. If you need this service, kindly e-mail us so we provide you with information you need to proceed.

Do you offer a bespoke service for custom item creation?

We can create a custom item for you. Contact us with what you have in mind and we will see how we can be of service. Please note that custom orders can take a few weeks of fabrication, depending on the item, as the pieces are all made by hand.
